Rochester Software Associates Hires Julie Chamberlain as Customer Service Administrator

Rochester Software Associates (RSA), provider of production print workflow software solutions for in-plants and corporate print centers announces the hiring of Julie Chamberlain as the Customer Service Administrator.

Mrs. Chamberlain is an experienced customer support professional with a diverse background. Most recently she was a Technical Support Coordinator with Verizon Wireless. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Cazenovia College, and resides in Rochester. Chamberlain said, "RSA's Service Group has a great industry reputation. The staff at RSA really cares about what happens and always puts the customer first. I look forward to working with RSA's customers and partners."
