Rochester, NY, May 16, 2024 - Rochester Software Associates (RSA), provider of production print workflow software solutions for in-plant print centers, commercial printers, and PSPs, today announces its upcoming participation in the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) 2024 Educational Conference. The largest in-plant event of the year will take place from June 2 to 6, 2024 in Des Moines, Iowa.

As well as sponsoring the event, RSA will host a breakout session from 10:00-10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. “The Current Trends Impacting Your In-Plant” will be led by industry experts Howie Fenton and Joanne Gore, who together have years of experience consulting with in-plants and PSPs around the world.

The session will explore some of the key trends currently shaping the in-plant industry, including:

  • The changing face of ecommerce
  • The growing demand for personalized experiences
  • The increasing need for automation

The session will examine how these trends promise to continue influencing day-to-day in-plant operations. It will also explore the strategic advantages the newest technologies offer — improving turnaround times, reducing labor needs, enhancing capabilities, reducing errors, and scaling operations.

To accompany the breakout session, attendees will receive a copy of RSA’s new report, The Changing Face of Ecommerce and What it Means for In-Plants. The report explores what each demographic of in-plant users expects from their ecommerce experiences today — and how in-plants can meet those demands.

This is one of two publications RSA will be distributing at the event. The second, RSA’s Blueprint for Secure Operations: A Guide for In-plants and PSPs, is a white paper that explores the Defense in Depth security position RSA has taken across people, technology, and operational capabilities to build variable barriers along multiple security layers.

“When you look at what in-plants need in their technology providers today, automation, expertise, and enhanced efficiency are key. But that’s just the start — in-plant technologies must also prioritize security and governance,” said Joanne Gore, president of Joanne Gore Communications and acting marketing director at RSA. That’s why, as a part of the IPMA 2024 Educational Conference, we wanted to highlight RSA’s commitment to security, as well as our technology and expertise. That’s how we focused our breakout session, as well as the two publications we’ll be launching at the event.”

Joanne Gore has over 30 years of experience building B2B marketing strategies. She’s worked with industry-leading companies, including Symantec, HP, OpenText, and Ricoh. Joanne is also a regular contributor to WhatTheyThink and the Vice Chair of the Xplor ABOD. Her book, Thriving in Chaos: Lessons Learned as a Corporate Marketer, is an exploration of triumph over adversity in the corporate landscape.
