Spring has sprung. Flowers are blooming. And event season has begun.

Over the past few months, our team has been making the rounds at some of the print industry’s tentpole events, hoping to meet all of you. And we’ll continue to do so in the months to come. But that’s not all we have going on.

Keep reading for a taste of what’s happening at RSA right now, and where the next few months will take us as we enter the second quarter of 2025.

Here’s what you can expect.

 Event Season Is Here

It’s that time of year again. Event season is here, and the RSA team has already had the chance to get out and enjoy some of this year’s top events. But there’s still plenty more to come.

ACUP+

We kicked off event season with the ACUP+ 2025 Conference in Costa Mesa, CA. The annual conference of the Association of College and University Printers (ACUP+) took place from March 30 to April 3, 2025, bringing leaders together from across the in-plant, mail, and communications operations industries. And RSA was right in the middle of it — sponsoring, attending, and exhibiting at the event.

Graphics Canada

The Graphics Canada Expo took place from April 9 to 11, 2025 and our team was there, meeting up with graphics communications and printing industry representatives in Toronto, Canada. It’s Canada’s top trade show for the industry, and we were proud to not only take part, but present at the event.

IPMA

Finally, from June 8 to June 12, 2025, the IPMA 2025 Educational Conference is scheduled to take place in Spokane, Washington. RSA will be a conference sponsor, session presenter, and exhibitor at this year’s event – we hope to see you there.

In Case You Missed It

Are you caught up on the RSA blogs yet? They offer insights, best practices, and advice from industry experts.

Here are some of our newest entries from the last quarter.

In-Plant Insights Blog

In our In-Plant Insights Blog, industry expert Howie Fenton has been sharing his tips on how to do more with less.

Partner and Dealer Blog

In RSA’s Partner and Dealer Blog, we’ve recently covered some of the hot topics our partners are interested in right now.

Featured Products: WebCRD and ImpactVDP

In-plants today need ways to accomplish more with fewer resources, and RSA has you covered! These are our featured products this quarter:

WebCRD

Maximize your resources with WebCRD. The Web to Print software for in-plant print centers lets you do more with less with an easy-to-use interface and robust feature set that eliminates dozens of workflow steps. It lets you add to your service offerings without adding to your staff or equipment — reducing costs while increasing efficiency.

ImpactVDP

Put your creativity to the test with ImpactVDP’s press-ready imposed PDF output and automated data-driven VDP production. Easy to use, with no coding required, it lets you do more with less while doubling as an online design tool — all while you stay in control of your brand standards.

Our entire software solution set accelerates productivity and optimizes production, allowing you to get more from your entire printing process.

Case Study: Toronto District School Board

The print center for the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) works hard, servicing office administrators, department administrators, and teachers from across Canada’s largest school board. Yet they were relying on manual workflows and an inefficient prepress process, and suffered from a lack of visibility into the jobs they had underway.

That’s where RSA came in. The TDSB purchased WebCRD Web to Print Pro OnDemand and ReadyPrint Prepress to help add efficiencies and visibility to their business. And the results speak for themselves.

Today, staff can reliably track, select, and oversee every job being processed. They have simplified ticketing and one-day turnaround on most small jobs. And the district was on pace to meet their annual sales goal within just the first year of implementing RSA.

Find out more about TDSB’s journey. Read our case study today.
