Direct Hire Rochester, NY April 11, 2025Rochester Software Associates (RSA) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand development and synchronize marketing efforts across departments to drive profitable growth. This pivotal role will shape our brand’s future, accelerate growth, and cultivate a loyal customer base. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, enhance brand positioning, and support sales initiatives.
Pay Range $80,000 - $95,000
Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Partnership: Support the Sales team in key customer meetings, promotional plans, and lead generation efforts.
• Brand Strategy & Management: Develop, execute, and oversee brand strategies with Channel Partners.
• Market Insights & Research: Translate consumer research into actionable strategies to enhance brand resonance and sales.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and tone across all marketing channels, including website, social media, and materials.
• Trade Shows: Responsible for all aspects of Trade Show participation; selection, registration, signage, booth design, and logistics.
• Content & Thought Leadership: Develop case studies, vertical- and channel-specific marketing materials, and other content to establish RSA as an industry leader.
• Marketing Execution: Manage vendors and oversee marketing initiatives to align with brand identity and strategic goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Campaign Performance & ROI: Oversee campaign execution and resource allocation, ensuring impact and return on investment.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track key marketing metrics and provide insights to the Director of Sales.
Additional Information
• Travel: Up to 10% (for key customer visits and trade shows).
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid/on-site in RSA’s Rochester, NY office.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies that drive engagement and sales growth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Ability to analyze market data, consumer insights, and sales metrics to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.

Experience
8-10 years in brand management or marketing roles.
Understanding of the Print Industry is a plus.
